Duties and Responsibilities

• Working with various teams to design both internal and external (consumer-facing) surveys.
• Do survey programming to develop Questionnaire designs.
• Day-to-day project management, with both internals and externals.
• Report writing and analysis, including actionable next steps and recommendations.
• Presentation of survey findings/recommendations to key internal and external stakeholders.

Required Experience/Skills

• Familiar with online survey tools such as Survey Monkey.
• Some level of experience in market research.
• Have skills: survey writing, survey programming, reporting, analysis, and making presentations.
• Experience in questionnaire writing.
• Strong presentation skills.
